In this case, there can only be 2 possibilities either No Internet Connectivity or No Software In Phone (Factory Reset). Please verify proper internet connection & software installation in phone. In rare cases, we have also noticed the target device not being used at all. Instead, users are using different devices which becomes the reason for no updates in your panel.
Location updates requires Location Services to be enabled in phone. If it is disabled, location updates will not come because of restrictions enforced by Android ecosystem. Also, you can turn it off/on remotely by any mean.
If there are battery/power savers or security apps with similar functionality (e.g., CM Security, Clean Master etc.) installed, they kill prevent our application along with other background applications periodically & prevent data be uploaded in time.

As per our application's design, such thing is not possible. It will either record every call or nothing. Please check above answers as this will not be considered an issue.
Please note regarding call recordings on Android, no application can be 100% perfect. If your account is missing any particular call, then we both (you & us) can only wait for it to upload. It is however still not guaranteed that it will get uploaded in future.
